HALEY SUNG

Haley Sung is originally from South Korea, where she received Korean folk dance and ballet training at the age of eight. She earned her B.F.A. in Dance from the University of the Arts with a “Promising Artist” Scholarship in May 2017 and further studied dance at The Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp in Belgium. She has performed globally in Korea, France, Italy, and Luxembourg. Upon joining Gallim in 2017, Haley has collaborated and performed within the U.S. at venues such as The Metropolitan Museum, The Joyce Theatre, and Jacob’s Pillow. She has taught at prestigious establishments such as San Jose State University, The Juilliard School, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, University of Minnesota, and helped stage many of Andrea Miller's works. Most recently, she has worked as a Creative Associate of Gallim on the NYC Ballet's Fall 2020 Digital Season. Haley currently works as a performing artist, movement and Pilates teaching artist, and digital marketing specialist.
