CHARLES ROGALSKI

Charles Rogalski is a resident of Wilmington, North Carolina and retired from a career in corporate Human Resources. He is actively involved as a volunteer in several community organizations focused on education and personal development and has a special interest in the performing arts.

The majority of Chuck’s corporate career was with Hanesbrands and Sara Lee Corporation. Senior level positions involved responsibility for all aspects of human resources including organizational development, talent management, business ethics, and community relations. Prior to retirement, Chuck was based in Europe with international HR responsibility for operations in 20 countries.

In the Wilmington area, Chuck is currently serving as a Board member and ESL tutor for the Cape Fear Literacy Council. He also serves as a student mentor and resource for the Cameron Business School at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He participates as a coach at the First Tee of Greater Wilmington and volunteers at the Cameron Art Museum. Chuck and his wife Karen have been supporters of MOVE|NYC| since 2016.

Chuck is a graduate of Clemson University (BA) and the Georgia Institute of Technology (MSIM). He is originally from Long Island and enjoys frequent visits to the New York area.
