As founders of The Ready Foundation (“Ready”), Bethany and Euan Menzies are working to affect systemic change to enable more New Yorkers and Nashvillians to thrive. Ready stands for economic security, community development and inclusive opportunity. Our primary investments since 2012 span education and economic sustainability, arts and culture, and health and wellbeing.
With collective experience drawn from the private sector and more than a decade with non-profits, through Ready, Bethany and Euan provide both direct funding and pro-bono consulting services.
Bethany is currently serving in board governance and strategic advisory roles with non-profits including The Door and StreetWise Partners. Prior to Ready, she served in executive sales, marketing, and business development leadership roles with global consulting firms, “Fortune 500” corporations, and two venture backed start-ups. Since the early 1990s, Euan has served in leadership positions, as CEO, chairman, or board member for numerous software and business services companies.
Bethany and Euan enjoy the arts, sports, travel, and chasing their two dogs Henrietta and Georgie.
