Young Professionals Program identifies talent at every stage of technical development, from beginner to advanced, and provides critical access to opportunities for mentorship and training which prepare each young dancer for admission to collegiate conservatory programs post high school.

MOVE|NYC|'s PRE-YPP exposes Junior High School dancers to the rigor of a professional dance career as they develop into versatile, socially conscious, and well-rounded artists— propelling each young dancer to the next phase of their technical and artistic training.

The MOVE|NYC| Open Access Intensive Program offers talented dancers between the ages of 13-18, the chance to experience the artistic rigor, leadership training, and empowerment of our renowned Young Professionals Program.

The Peer Mentorship Program pairs recent alumni with current Young Professionals in monthly 1-on-1 mentorship sessions that aim to personally identify our dancers strengths and challenges; discover and nurture aspirations, and guide their artistic goals.
