Director
Frances Forrester is a Director in PwC’s Risk Organization and leads the firm’s Financial Services Contracting team. She first joined PwC in 2013 in her hometown of Toronto before transferring to the New York office in 2014. She began her career supporting the firm’s largest banking clients, later joining the original team that launched and shaped what is now the Risk Organization. In this role, she has played a key part in scaling operational capabilities, strengthening risk management processes, and developing high-performing teams.
Frances is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University. A believer in continuous learning and empowering others, she is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex challenges.
Outside of work, Frances is an avid traveler and bookworm, living in New York City with her husband and newborn daughter.
