Courtney Potts, Producer, cofounded Fugitive Films after serving as the Director of Creative Development at GreeneStreet Films in New York City. Fugitive’s Emmy-winning documentary series “Half the Sky” and “A Path Appears,” based on the bestselling books by New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn and featuring numerous celebrity advocates, premiered on PBS and reached more than 40 million people worldwide through its multi-platform initiatives. Fugitive also produced the documentary “A Boston Revolution” for PBS about the historic 2021 mayoral race in which the top four candidates were non-white women. Through Fugitive Films, Courtney has also produced numerous feature films including the father-son comedy HUMOR ME starring Elliott Gould, Jemaine Clement, and Ingrid Michaelson.  

Courtney also actively invests in theater projects including the critically acclaimed 2024 Broadway psychological thriller JOB, written by Max Wolf Friedlich and directed by Michael Herwitz.
