Anna Nguyen-Huynh is a strategic operating executive with more than 20 years of experience leading organizations through growth, transformation, and operational excellence. Her career spans top financial institutions and digital platforms, including senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, where she guided large-scale initiatives that strengthened infrastructure, improved organizational performance, and supported long-term strategic priorities.
Known for her thoughtful leadership and collaborative approach, Anna has a proven ability to bring clarity and momentum to complex environments. She is deeply committed to equity, talent development, and creating inclusive cultures where people can thrive. These values inform her work across sectors and align closely with MOVE|NYC|’s mission to expand access and opportunity for young artists.
In addition to her service on the MOVE|NYC| Board, Anna contributes to leadership and community initiatives through the Baruch College Alumni Association and previously supported JPMorgan Chase’s Women on the Move. She is passionate about elevating emerging leaders and supporting organizations that drive meaningful social and economic impact.
Anna earned her BBA in Finance with a minor in Psychology from the Zicklin School of Business and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
